Sunset specializes in precision laser cutting with an emphasis on small or detailed parts requiring exceptional edge quality and extremely close tolerances. We understand the need for more precise features, better edge quality, smaller heat-affected zones and lower costs.

With our expertise, we can produce features below .002” in size for a variety of applications, including: slots for masks, hole orifices for gas flow restrictors, slits in optical apertures, patterns with good edges and sharp radii, tubular parts with specific patterns.
